A mid week breather. During this 1 hour class we connect with your mind, body and breath. This class is suitable for all levels as we break down each of the postures, working through a range of poses and weaving breathwork throughout. We end the practice with a meditation so you are ready to leave class and hop straight into bed

Saturday Hatha Flow

8:15am Yoga Quarter

Saturday mornings class is an energising Hatha practice where we will flow between poses creating our sequence, holding each pose for a few breaths to build strength. The physical practice is bookended with meditation and breathwork to bring us into stillness.

This class is suitable for all levels and beginners, adjustments will be given throughout to make the practice more or less difficult. Each yogi is encouraged to listen to their own body & what is best for them.

Sunday Vinyasa / Hatha

11am Anytime Fitness (Stranmillis)

We begin our Sunday with a lovely energetic Vinyasa/Hatha hybrid. Flowing between each pose, but holding a little longer to build strength and alignment. Suitable for all levels, progressions and regressions are always given to allow you to choose your own level of practice. A lovely way to begin your Sunday and prepare for the week ahead.
